Haiti Education Project was created to secure funds for children’s education who otherwise would not continue with their studies.
We figured why stop there? We decided to also help organize a working co op with the mothers of these children. What is more empowering than women working together to become self-sufficient? We can work together as a team to fund raise and sell products made by the women’s co-op to pay for tuition each year.
Our Mission :
Is to create less stress around financial issues connected to education, work for woman, and income stability in their community. Empowering women and children to become self sufficient within their community.
Changing the world is not impossible.
Our goals are to fund raise for the children we currently support, as well as support the women’s work co-op to be running efficiently and strong in order to help supplement their students tuition along with us. These are ways of empowering their community and unity of women.
